10K and 5K Race
If the Dalton Red Carpet 10K is too challenging, our 3.1 mile 5K race is a great alternative for shorter distance runners that still allows you to enjoy the days events. Come on and celebrate the southern charm and hospitality of Dalton, Georgia, while raising money to support our communities & charities!
When: Saturday October 24, 2020
Where: Intersection of W. King St. and Selvidge St. in downtown Dalton, GA.
Time: 9:00 AM
$35 - 5K
$45 - 10K
We apologize for the inconvenience but due to security concerns we will not have a bag drop off and would like for bags to NOT be left unattended.
Mile markers will be at every mile along the 5K course.
There will be water stations, motivation stations and porta toilets along both 5K courses.

Certified. Mile Markers, timing clocks, medical support at the start, along the course and finish and enthusiastic support to carry you through along the way!
You must be in good health and prepared to take on the challenges of a 10K and 5K.
Runners and walkers of all abilities are welcome and encouraged to participate.
Strollers and headphones are welcome, but caution is urged.
You must show photo ID to pick up your race number at the Expo. Race numbers are required to participate.

Race Day Packet pickup will be in the area of the Start/Finish Line on W. King St. at the following times:
Half Marathon – 6:30AM – 7:30AM
5K – 6:30AM – 8:00AM
2K – 8:15AM – 10:15AM
All participants must pick up their race number, shirt, and goodie bag at the Race Packet Pickup or Race Day Registration.

Road Race Training Bradley Wellness Center:
Free Road Race Training (Not for Beginners) meets twice a week for 60min. and is open
to members and non-members of CCRC.

0 – 10, 11-14, 15-19, 20–24, 25-29, 30–34, 35-39, 40–44, 45-49, 50–54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and 70+
5K runners will be allowed and encouraged to run the 2K with family members at no charge.
